Samsung once again has proved to one of the largest players in the smartphone market by manipulating the weaknesses of its largest competitor apple. Samsung who have recently lost a hefty lawsuit against apple have paid back apple by decreasing the share of iPhone in the market by 18.8% to16.6 %. This is a massive impact when looked at closely in the vast global market and apple will really have to struggle before it can land itself another feat to return the favor.

Apple has recently launched the IPhone 5 which is predicted to be one of the most selling products in the history of smart phones. But Samsung were already aware of apples large selling figures and hence launched what would become the most impressive and one of the most sold products in the smart phone market, the Samsung galaxy s3.
